I spent 5 days at the Le Dauphin hotel and ate the majority of my 3 meals a day at the Globe-Trotter. The service is impeccable, with smiling people who pay attention to details. The food is also excellent, whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu is diverse and in our group we were all amazed at the quality of all the dishes. Thank you for making us feel so welcome during our training week!

I had lunch, dinner and dinner at this restaurant for a week, during training from September 9 to 13, 2024. The restaurant is clean and warm, the service was incredible (we even got the drawing book following a joke with the evening servers and it turned into a running gag with eu) and the dishes were all, really all excellent. Thank you to the entire Globe-trotter team for making us feel so welcome.

I went there with my husband to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The food was delicious, the service impeccable. The presentation of the dishes is sublime. I had the tartare duo and it was simply delicious. What can we say about the Baileys crème brûlée ?. It was a special occasion for us. Thanks to our server for pointing this out beautifully.
