cher en plus d'être mauvais, rien a dire sur le service, c'était la dernière fois pour moi.

Une des pires expériences de service client que j’ai reçu. Ça a pris plus d’une heure avant de recevoir la première assiette et il y a eu 25 minutes avant que les autres arrivent. On a jamais réussi à avoir de verre d’eau, difficile d’avoir des ustensiles, la serveuse était complètement dépassée. C’était malaisant.

I was very excited to eat breakfast after a long journey from Gaspé. The server was lovely, and the restaurant was perfectly located near the highway, hotels, shopping, and a COSTO gas station.

The pizzas at Normandin are a sure bet! I tried “Bob” Indian style, with peas and carrots and it was very good.

Waitress who serves us with the worst attitude in addition to being in a hurry and very annoyed if we don't respond in the second her eyes fall on us. Then, a hamburger served with two “bottoms” instead of top and one bottom. Cold soup. Finally, she makes a huge scene that the tip is insufficient in front of everyone, while the person who paid comes from a country where tipping is included and therefore did not know what percentage was adequate. She is given cash following her crisis only to receive the stupidest thank you in the universe without a glance and then she leaves. All of which is supposedly approved by the manager. I think that all the customers present during this moment did not need to be disturbed from their meal. I think another approach could have been taken.

October 7 5.30 hrs I went to get medium pizza alldess bacon very disappointed crust 2 inches in diameter very thin layer of peperoni same things for chili I understand the expression REDUFRACTION and finally ball of bacon burn black for $32.00 finished for me your restaurant

Smash Burger from Bob the chef very good and tasty and special mention to the mayonnaise which was very good, plus the service was fast and very pleasant by the waitress Cathy
