I was very excited to eat breakfast after a long journey from Gaspé. The server was lovely, and the restaurant was perfectly located near the highway, hotels, shopping, and a COSTO gas station.

The pizzas at Normandin are a sure bet! I tried “Bob” Indian style, with peas and carrots and it was very good.

Waitress who serves us with the worst attitude in addition to being in a hurry and very annoyed if we don't respond in the second her eyes fall on us. Then, a hamburger served with two “bottoms” instead of top and one bottom. Cold soup. Finally, she makes a huge scene that the tip is insufficient in front of everyone, while the person who paid comes from a country where tipping is included and therefore did not know what percentage was adequate. She is given cash following her crisis only to receive the stupidest thank you in the universe without a glance and then she leaves. All of which is supposedly approved by the manager. I think that all the customers present during this moment did not need to be disturbed from their meal. I think another approach could have been taken.

Constructive: Mrs. Chef please, an inch of unbuttered toast. If I had wanted without butter I would have ordered them that way. Three small slices of bacon, although it was very good. If not, the potatoes literally sickened me, I don't know what fat you take... but it tasted just like the spreading of fields in spring. Ouach ouach ouach How I wanted to taste just the potato…
In appearance they were nice and very crispy. The plate had a beautiful presentation, although a little too refined.
I also found it a shame that my first coffee in the morning tasted a bit like the bottom of an ashtray, with an acrid palate. A very ordinary sign of quality... $15 in the end and I didn't have enough to eat.
The service: I had time to ask for a second coffee before being served. This has never happened to me. I didn't have a very good taste experience. No thanks for me. Miss Parcontre had a sincere smile and was just present enough for me. No more.
