The A1 food was correct. Portions a little too small. Too noisy too much music during dinner. The waitress only came to see us twice, however bussboy took over. Bravo to him!

My cousin and I went to Shaker Saturday evening, March 2, for our respective birthdays which are March 1st and 5th. When we arrived, the table we had reserved was waiting for us as planned at 6:30 p.m. Our waitress comes to see us, she introduces herself but doesn't smile at all. It made me a little uncomfortable, but I figure maybe she's a little busy. We choose our starters and meals. The service is really, really slow. We are used to the slow service at the Drummondville Shaker, but this seems really extreme. Our waitress, Elizabeth L., never smiles and doesn't come by often. She seems more busy serving our neighbors on the left and having shots with them. We feel that the service is really uneven and that's a real shame. We almost have the impression of disturbing our waitress with our presence.We were told that since our birthdays were close, we would get a free dessert. But when we told our waitress about it, it seemed to cause her a lot of confusion. Then she walked around watching us from afar, she continued to serve our neighbors on the left and drink shots with them without even looking at us, it started to get really frustrating. After almost 40 minutes of waiting for her to remember we existed, we received our desserts. Then, 30 minutes pass without her coming to see us to see if we had finished our meal and if we wanted our bill. At 9:00 p.m., we spotted her at the cash register, so my cousin went to join her to pay, and the bill we gave her was a duplicate (?), which we found very strange considering that we had no bill when we left. A meal from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for two people is truly unacceptable.The meal was delicious but the service was terrible. It really ruined our evening. Too bad, we who loved the Shaker de Drummondville so much... We will definitely look at our restaurant options before returning to the Shaker de Drummondville. Unfortunately, it just ended up at the bottom of our list.We were really disappointed.Parking: Very large parking lot, which is lucky because it is always very full.

The experience was not very pleasant. We had a reservation but there was no table ready. We were put in a corner, we had the impression that he had added a table. The waitress never took care of us. We had to wait a long time to place our order then she came back just to give us our bill without asking if we wanted anything else. Fortunately the food was very good but I don't think I'll come back.
