The restaurants were empty. We were among the first customers and there was a lack of vegetables, the soups were not brought out, no fountain drinks (the vending machines did not work) and the service was mediocre. The icing on the sundae, error on the order and the employee does not want to correct it and reimburse us because she says she does not have a code to open the cash register and reimburse us ?????

We entered around 9:15 a.m., the dear gentleman who was cooking took his time to finish the order of the gentleman before us (15 minutes) and finally spilled his bucket of water, he took the time to pick it up and even to wipe the counter all dry to tell us ah sorry we just closed. A joke ? You could have picked up your bucket of water after serving us, right?

On a Friday evening in a dinner rush, having to juggle orders, monitor the baking of breads and a cash register that doesn't want to know about discount coupons, I take my hat off to the 2 young people who were working and knew how to keep calm with the line of people waiting (40 minutes in total between my arrival and my departure with a basic sub not heating). A manager should be present to help or a 3rd employee for dinner rushes.

We got home at 4 p.m. and came out at 4:25 p.m. with nothing because the person was taking too long and there were only 2 customers in front of us. We had to leave because of the waiting time and we hadn't even been able to choose our vegetables yet. I STRONGLY suggest a change in the service ???

The food was great, the girl who served us on the other hand... no smile, very stupid, doesn't seem to want to welcome us, and looks at the machine to see if we're going to put some tip after that... looks at us suspiciously while we wait. 'we eat because we haven't had any... in any case Shania, if you don't like your job, change jobs

Very disappointed, I waited 15 minutes to take out my bread and be told that there was no more ham. The cook will finish the order for the 2 people in front of me after 10 minutes and comes back to answer me: I have to do the doordash orders before you, does that bother you? I answered yes because I've been waiting for 25 minutes and I don't even have what I want. She pretended not to hear me and prepared the other orders that arrived after me. Very poor service for a quiet Sunday evening at 7:30 p.m.
