I don’t often leave reviews but my experience at sushi taxi was very unpleasant. The service was slow because they were fulfilling take out orders at the same time as preparing our food, the dishes were all expensive, and the majority of the food options are a Quebecois twist on sushi with inclusions like mint and apple. The atmosphere inside was fine. No hate to the owners, I just feel like it is a bad experience and I would not recommend to anyone.

Very disappointed, our dishes were on the counter for a very long time, the food was almost cold when we received our dishes. However, the restaurant was almost empty. We told the waitress. I really do not recommend this place for meals hot, very disappointing!!!

During my last order in August 2024, I ordered a crazy maki with specifications that were not met. With several calls and text exchanges with the manager we came to a credit consensus for the amount of the madness maki on my next order at their branch. Even today I am in Drummondville to visit a friend (I am a resident of St-tite) so my discount is only in their branch, which is normal. My credit score was not indicated, so the very friendly lady called the manager to find out the details because she did not see it in my file. She reminds me telling me that I have to buy the same thing again because my credit isn't holding up 🤔🤔🤔 what's the difference in taking the amount of the madness maki in credit and bringing it to my current bill (because I ordered from the card to make sure I get what I want). Customer service in my opinion very average and impossible to make a complaint to the parent company😡

ZERO STAR - Customer service non-existent. Impossible to make a complaint to the parent company. The quantity of rice in the sushi received is much too large in relation to the ingredients inside and the ingredients were not good and in small quantity. The rice was way overcooked. All the sushi I received on my last order ended up in the trash ($130). It was my last time with Sushi Taxi, for the price it has limits when it comes to laughing at people!
