Valentine's Day special disappointing due to the lack of organization to ensure the success of this promotion. I ordered – and pre-paid – several days in advance for the Valentine’s Day combo. I showed up at the branch at the agreed time for pickup and it took 1h15min before I could come out with my order ready ?. I understand that it's a busy evening and that there are a lot of requests... but there were at least twenty customers crowded in the hall who waited an hour longer than the agreed time for orders placed 'advanced…My disappointment only concerns the organization of resources in anticipation of this evening which is known to be busy, especially since we take the trouble to place our orders in advance... However, despite the inconvenience, I was able to observed that the team in place worked very hard to rectify the situation and the meal was excellent.

I wrote a negative comment following the difficulties in ordering on Valentine's Day (I canceled my order because the delay was really very long) I would like to correct certain facts. The business manager called me to apologize and give me explanations about the problems encountered that evening. Honestly, I found it very professional and friendly of him! This deserves an adjustment in my comment since they have clearly been a victim of their success (best sushi in town!)

Poorly organized...we were told to arrive by 5:30 p.m. but at 6:30 p.m. and still not ready; We received our order at 7 p.m. We understand that it's Valentine's Day but you have to prepare a little in advance or, at a minimum, distribute the customers according to different times (5@5 p.m., 5@5:15 p.m., 5@5:30 p.m.... ) This would avoid a lot of frustration and customers who leave Sanna having received their order.On holiday days, block Doordashes, and others who pass in front of customers and who are served first while those on site must wait. It doesn't make me want to go back there.

I'm not from the area, visiting to see a friend and we went to eat at this restaurant and I was not disappointed. The waitress was super warm, kind, professional and also passionate about her work environment and that made me feel good.I loved the experience and I recommend it! I will definitely go back there on my next visit. At the end of the service we learned that it was the manager who had served us! Well done and good luck for the future! THANKS
