It's been months, if not years, that the windows, both interior and exterior, have been dirty and really disgusting. In addition, the electric hand dryer in the men's bathroom has not been working for 3 months and often there is no paper left to dry your hands. On the staff side, everything is perfect, but on the cleanliness side, we will come back.

Excellent service from Phoebe Saturday June 15th. The Timbits were as soft as possible. On the other hand, don't trust what anyone tells you on the phone. Let me explain:
I placed an order over the phone before 2 p.m., just as the TImbits were released and put in the display, in order to pick them up at 5:45 p.m.
Vivienne (assistance manager) answered me. She confirmed and reconfirmed to me that my Timbits were immediately put in a box of 50, with the following types: strawberry, cherry, chocolate and birthday cake.
When I arrived at Tim's the box had not been prepared and there was only icing and birthday cake. Plus, there were no strawberry Timbits all day!!!!
The managerial assistance was disappointing, but Phoebe was excellent in recovering everything!

Very bad service even the coffee is cold and a lot of errors in the orders if you want Mayo in a Tim morning there will be an extra of 75 cents not much you tell me but there are no condiments so it's is loyal to the service you have to pay for everything extra even for a smile and service

the owner would benefit from going on site to organize resources. the staff is friendly but the wait is endless. 3 employees do almost nothing while only one person prepares the sandwiches. A reorganization is necessary (in my opinion)... after talking with a customer, she told me that it always takes a long time here. See here for constructive criticism.
