I stopped by Saturday morning for lunch at the drive-thru around 11am. First, while I was placing my order the employee cut me off. I had 1 large coffee, 1 medium peach refreshment, a portion of potato wedges and 2 sausage timatins on an English muffin and she kept telling me bacon, bacon and I repeatedly told her no sausage. .. Finally, we embark on the road to Mtl and when my boyfriend opens his timatins, he has one with bacon and the 2 English muffins are literally raw, not even lightly toasted... And my xafé is not even brewed... It's nice when you're on the 20... I'll go to Lemire next time

Firstly, the site indicates that it closes at 10:30 p.m., we arrive at 9:45 p.m., we were visibly disturbing them. Finally they barred the doors at 10 p.m. Then, they don't do caffeinated, they serve decaffeinated Americanos at double the price in unavailable in XL format. Worst service I have received at a Tim Horton's to date!

I always have excellent service at this Tim Horton and it is by far the best for me in Drummondville, as well as the one near St-Jean and St-Joseph. My orders are error free and the staff is excellent. There are others who should follow their example. Thank you so much

After ordering at the drive-thru with my boyfriend and receiving our order at the window after we left, when we opened the bag, half of our order was missing. I find that they don't pay attention to whether the whole order is there ? Plus, sometimes when we arrive to pay, they tell us that they have to remove one or two things from our order!
