Worst Tim I’ve tried in a long time! Bathroom is filthy with litter and it took them 20 minutes for a simple wrap. They are completely disorganized and absolutely don’t care. Go somewhere else!!

I went to this Tim Hortons last week and in my morning the egg was green. When I went to see the employees they all looked at me without saying anything and after a few minutes offered me another sandwich, because their egg machine was CLOSED!?

45 min 2 bagels and 2 coffees. Having already worked at Tim's, left coffee and orders on the tablet, no one knows who it's for? The trash cans are overflowing and we won't talk about the toilets. The crowd in the team, no one talks to each other to help each other. At lunchtime, only a sandwich table for the drive-thru and counter, it could well be a long time. As your team solidifies over time, you will likely increase your scores!
The food used to be better, and the service used to be more friendly. I'm assuming that the lady at the front register didn't like her job...... the coffee had waayyyyy too much cream since I asked for a splash. Sadly, It is what it is......
