1) we ordered 2 trios, 1x-tra fries and drink , wanted a salad but they don't offer which is disappointing as my son has severe allergies and thats the only thing he can eat here. No receipt paper..no napkins in the dispenser..even worse no toilet paper in the women's washroom..and when I asked for toilet paper she seemed so puzzled, she asked do i need it now? 🤯
I asked for take in .but they put my food in a bag..I asked for a tray...so the young lady just put the bag on the tray..and was walking away when I said that's unacceptable and the food should be properly put on the tray...of course items were missing ...she was upset that I told her to put the food on the tray so she took a unusually lon g time just to pour 3 drinks...which should ha e been done before..I order to avoid food getting cold...we'll she got her little revenge and everything was lukewarm..I have come to this McDonald's in the morning. And there's definitely a different more experienced staff..that seem to care...I guess it's a question of when the cat's away the mice play..if i was the owner of this McDonald's I would be worried about what happens here at night..never coming back here after lunch.

It as before 7am (6:45 ~) this Saturday; I ordered 2 egg mcmuffins, inside . They passed a lot of drivethru orders before mine even though I ordered before all of them. The person in charge wasn’t really in charge, had her purse on her , walking around trying to get her kitchen staff to do the sandwiches they forgot, until she left at 7am. The kitchen staff weren’t wearing gloves, handling the food. I hope they washed their hands. They kept forgetting items in orders and my 2 sandwiches arrived 5 minutes apart (not the same temperature.) it’s not always disorganized like that when I go to this location but now It’s very disappointing. I think some of the nightshift crew in the kitchen could benefit from a refresh in procedures to be more effective.

It’s terrible, the disorganization is at its height, there are 8 of them in the kitchen, only 3 customers to serve but nothing moves, they are all going around in circles, it’s a real spectacle 😂

Cela fait plus de vingt minutes que j'attends ma commande; je demande poliment si elle va bientôt être prête pour me faire répondre brusquement qu'ils sont juste deux à la réception, que je ne suis pas le seul qui attend. Je réponds calmement que je suis calme et polie et que j'apprécierais de même pour que le jeune employée quitte en ridiculisant.

After reading all the comments complaining about the service and cleanliness of this restaurant, I will add another which is even more serious, the lack of hygiene, no hair net and no gangs, the person who prepares hosts them, takes everything with his hands, even the salad and yesterday even more he wiped his nose. Untolerable, there should be big fines.

Too many errors in orders, fries are not edible, people who prepare the orders are not at all focused. I had to go back to see the guy more than once for the Big Mac sauce that I paid for which I did not receive more for the donuts which I did not receive despite the fact that I went back and showed the invoice as he did. refused to give me. It's as if he makes money on paid orders and refuses to provide the complete order to customers. I hate this McDonald's they make mistakes on site at the drive-thru even through delivery. It's disgusting.

Total disappointment at the McDonald's near my workplace. I ordered tea with table service, and the employee almost shouted at me, complaining about the understaffing and accusing me of abusing the service. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. It was a nice place to take a break for me, but that won't be the case anymore.

Worst one we ever been they just don’t get it we get are orders 9/10 wrong the freshness is not there coke flat hamburger cold forgets straws napkins sauce for nuggets does not taste fresh and service not great it’s been going on for years we do 15 kilo more to go to another one just to avoid this one.

The staff itself poses no problem but very often we can have waits of several ten minutes and some customers are quite comfortable, I would say I recommend less at rush hour but still a pretty good restaurant for a quick fix.
