Here is my experience in 3 points:1) ServiceAfter calling to place an order, I was on hold for 12 minutes. Being December 30, it was possible that there would be several people and that the waitress would be overwhelmed. So I had time to go there to find that there were only 5 customers and, therefore, that I had been forgotten. Unfortunately the service was poor.2) KitchenI ordered a Thai poutine, but unfortunately the chicken was not cooked and very soft as if it had been put in the microwave to save preparation time.3) The priceHaving relied on the price indicated on the website, I was surprised to pay more on site. Be advised to ask for prices if placing a telephone order.Hoping that these comments will be taken into account by the management of the establishment in order to restore good standards of customer service.

Good little restaurant. Comforting soup. My South Shore rice was great, but I missed the soy sauce in it hehe, Cheeseburger, hot dogs right on target. Tasty maple cake. Super comforting scallops, normal club, super lemon tart.
