Having tried the owner's cooking in the past and deeply appreciated his cooking, we decided to check out his restaurant. What a great cook! We went for breakfast. I love the extra touch of putting parsley on the eggs and how the bacon is cooked to perfection. We were made to feel very welcome and the service was great. Definitely one of the best breakfasts in the whole Estrie region. I would definitely recommend. We will be back!
