Second time for us at this restaurant/pub. Quite a disappointing experience. We ordered a squid starter with a basket of fries and a burger. The starter was served without the fries, without the burger. My partner called out to the waitress who responded with a stupid look, really not the right tone. A great lady came to apologize afterwards, telling us that it was a misunderstanding. We finally received the entire order 8-10 minutes later. When the waitress came to bring us the bill, she was apologetic, telling us that she wasn't the one who took the order. Really insufficient portion of squid, the burger was OK but nothing more. All accompanied by a pint of beer for $68. When you admit your mistake, it seems to me that you are trying to compensate, you pay for a drink or something but we paid full price. Last time for us.
