Cutest little bakery in Eastman with great service, a solid donut selection and delicious donuts at that. The front of the shop is adorable, it's like a little house, and the donuts were fantastic.
What a great find! I stopped by Boulangerie Dora at 799 Rue Principale, Eastman, QC J0E 1P0. It's a very small bakery, but you can tell it's a real labor of love.
Despite its size, they pack in a huge selection, with everything from flaky croissants to exquisite cakes. The coffee is top-notch and smells incredible. They also have a really great patio where you can relax before a trip. The whole place is spotless, which is a big plus.

I have rarely eaten such a bad croissant... cardboard. We also tried two other pastries (pear tart and chocolate cake) and it wasn't very good. The pie crust seemed raw and the cake was super sweet without much flavor. With a rather cold welcome, expensive prices, we will not return there. Also pay the card machine with a tip of 15, 18 and 20% automatically, even though it's takeaway... really excessive
