-Uncomfortable atmosphere upon arrival!

- Expensive menu for what is offered as well
than the portions.

-Extra sweet potatoes for $4 coming without sauce (unheard of).

- Nachos as a flavor meal discussed (sauce with too strong lime flavor on top) that we mix with salsa and cheap tostitos style cheese, the taste does not match at all. No sour cream for the nachos (unheard of)

- Very salty nachos

- Very ordinary burger with multigrain bun hardly any sauce inside

- Service desired, we saw the server 3 times. (1st time for the menu, 2nd time for the drinks and order and 3rd time to pay) He never came to see if everything was correct or that something was missing, nor to refill the water, even though the room was empty

I've been to a few visits already and I like this place in general but if there is hockey or football or a singer it risks being less peaceful depending on the evenings like all pubs of this type, friendly and welcoming staff. courteous excellent services clean places yes a beautiful places to spend a few hours

I took the smoked meat, in my sandwich I had 3 slices with a lot of fat, the bread was toasted! it was really not good.
It looks like I ate two mustard toasts with fries, I who really wanted a good smoke meat and who never eats fries……,
My guest had a burger which looked better.
The price/quality ratio was not there either
No problem paying $32 tax and service included for a good smoke meat but I would have been better off going to the subway I would have eaten something other than carbohydrates!

Waitress didn't seem all that helpful, never brought us water. There was almost no one there, the service was really long, the high price was not worth the plate at all, tiny portion, no accompaniment, no taste. Waste of money

the food was absolutely wonderful! The staff was really very friendly and they even agreed to put on the larks game. In the end, an excellent restaurant, I highly recommend it if you are in Farnham!

I had had a lot of negative comments about the pub since it changed name and owner, I said to myself, I'm going to go there anyway, people are sometimes harsh and complain for nothing, but unfortunately they were right. . the customer service is really...no.. I worked in 9 bars, 3 of which we presented comedy shows, so I know what I'm talking about.We entered the pub, asked if we could sit down or would we like, they told us of course but, just entering the pub phew it's heavy, bordering on uncomfortable, the barmaid is not very smiling, in fact I had never seeing a barmaid like that… a barmaid is enthusiastic, smiling and makes people feel comfortable… in short otherwise at our table the service was long to come see us, (it doesn't bother me) but the btl burger, don't take not that the meatball is really weird.. the mason pots at $18.. it's not at belle and the beef dix30… it's in farnham, if at least the drinks would look like the belle and the beef with the decoration work . The flank steak is $29 as I pay at dix30 (was super good but the plate is pitiful for the price) small flank steak, small salad... We even had to get up to ask for the bill because the show said 7:30, our plates was still not cleared on the table, paid, I see the really nice comedian next to me asking can I have my 2nd lager please, the waitress omg.. unease no interpersonal skills, me when the comedians me I asked for something, I was super nice and social with them... already coming to do a show in Farnham... poor them, I was in the way... they went into the room at the top of the pub... the organization was also a big no... I I could already see myself doing the set up to make it more user-friendly..in short, it just doesn't work and this damage because I go to comedy shows 3x a week and I've never seen that... in addition.. when a girl is too drunk and bothers the comedian, you kick her out! in addition the pub has the possibility of being able to make her sit down in the pub downstairs, but instead, the barmaid (according to me manager) that I speak of above in this text, makes her sit down again, not only these uncomfortable for the comedian but the spectators too..It’s such a shame, the old place, the food was incredible, the drinks were very affordable and the customer service was A1The worst thing about this whole pub is the customer service, there isn't any... it's a bad service, period.
