I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Gérald Hénault & his charming wife during an unannounced visit to the meadery.
This day which began with the simple search for a sweet honey with the flavors of our beautiful province gave me the pleasant encounter and incredible story of this beekeeper with a thousand and one talents.
During our visit, we had the pleasure of tasting tasty house products ranging from the gentleman's beer to his wife's preserves.
A charming and authentic place like no other!
Wow! The owner took us to the hive to see the bees and explained to us what the difference is between a wasp and a bee. He has lots of great stories to count ?. Very beautiful building which is an old Bedding, wow super nice experience ????

Wonderful beers, tried grapefruit beer, spruce beer and the dandelion beer. All amazing. Sulfite free. Unfiltered and beautifully balanced all of them!!
