I arrived at 10:50 a.m., the cashier didn't understand anything, I had to show her the list of what I wanted on my phone.She said in the kitchen that I wanted a burger, we told her "He just has to wait 10 minutes.", good atmosphere.Finally served at 11:25am, I waited standing in front of the counter for over 30 minutes. It wasn't even a rush, and having seen them work while I waited, it wasn't particularly rushed.The burgers were not incredible, edible but without identity, I took 2 different ones, I felt no particularity.The onion rings were cold.First and last time, especially for having waited more than 30 minutes for "fast" food.

I always like to stop at this fast food restaurant when I'm in a hurry...I love the HABANERO Spicy Chicken Burger with lettuce, tomatoes,...the best Chicken Burger of all fast food!...affordable and always good when you need to eat on the go. Try it, you will LOVE it!Parking: There is always plenty of parking in front and on either side of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is suitable for people with reduced mobility....no worries at this location
Empty resto and waited 30 minutes at the drive thru for 2 trios just to go in and have the lady shrug and say the order still isn't ready.

I don't usually rate a fast food restaurant but needed to place a good word where it is deserved. We were served by Kodjane who gave us one of the best services we've had in many places lately. There was quite a few people lined up and she warned us there was a long wait because the staff is basically all new and obviously learning the drill. Took our order and even took the time to come serve us when it was ready and once again excused the delay.A&W you've got someone there that you don't want to see go. Just saying.
