Food was excellent!! Server was not. I used to be a server… the girl who waited on our table (2 people), who only had one other table that was already served their food, only preformed the bare minimum of her job. Even then, we had to wait for condiments (we had to go looking for her to get them she was talking away to someone behind the divider in front of the serving window), we never got a refill on coffee, no checking in to see if we needed anything or how the food was. You rudely interrupted a conversation by pushing our bill at us and placing the card reader down in between us on the table and waited there. Maybe if you are unable to be a descent human being, you shouldn’t work in the hospitality industry. Tipping used to be a bonus for good service…and you did not deliver. Trust me, the 5% tip of $2.35 was only given because I used to serve as well. My partner said not to leave a tip at all…..

Exceptional welcome and service!
However, this is a waste when the plates arrive. Cold and pan-fried bagel that lacked sauce and potatoes. It was fortunate that our waitress agreed with us because the kitchen manager said that he respected the standards and that next time he was going to charge extra to have more than a ladle. Thanks to our waitress who was attentive to us
Over to you, Mr. Kitchen Manager, when you spend more than $50 for a lunch, you expect a dish that lives up to the reputation of the restaurant.

Everything was very good, the waitress was friendly and smiling, the dishes were appetizing, and good portions were served. The prices are fair. They offered drawings and small cups of cereal to keep the young children waiting. I recommend 👌

Kid-friendliness: They offer wax crayons and drawings, and they gave us FruitLoops starters to keep the young people waiting. It’s a very nice touch.

The waitress refuses to take money and absolutely wants to pay $25 by card for an egg with a waffle and cold potatoes. I don't recommend it at all, not even coffee or bread if you go there, they'll stuff their lollipop into you stiffly.

Worse place they set an opening hour and they don't respect the hours, so I drove 30m for nothing, the waitress said well the owner decided to close early, don't even know how it works in a bussiness, especially not in the restaurant business, they just lost a lot of customers

While I was initially disappointed with the hostess's seating arrangement, which seemed disorganized and led to delays for larger tables, my experience fortunately improved from there.

I am thrilled to give a glowing review to Janie, who exceeded our expectations with her exceptional customer service. She provided us with an outstanding experience that ensured we will return without hesitation. The generous portion sizes, even for kids' meals, were impressive, and the flavors were delightful. The presentation of the dishes was visually appealing, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Kudos to Janie for her outstanding service. Thank you Janie.

We tried egg & donuts for kids, Avocado Lox and Big Ben, all delicious.
