Caféine & co - rue Principale

This gorgeous modern Parisian cafe’ was a little out of the way (heading to Lac Megantic) much to my husband’s dismay. Our barista was fluent in English although she did entertain me when I spoke en francais. Her sweet smile and tenderness with my 8-year-old was appreciated. We ordered iced whole milk lattes and the espresso was excellent. Just the right amount of ice and milk on this scorcher of a day. Their gluten free options are a bit slim but the raspberry custard croissant made my daughter and husband very happy. I will definitely take the time to get to this lovely place on the way back! Sorry, we ate the croissant too fast to photograph!

The place is beautiful, amazing for pictures and very cozy, the drinks are yummy, I got the matcha and it wasn’t too overpowering. However it’s a bit pricey, like Starbucks prices

Le café est vraiment 10 sur 10. Les cappuccinos spécialement sont bien préparés et le GOUT du café est supérieur à ce que j'ai bu de Meilleur, comparativement à ceux de Montréal. Les employés sont efficaces et sympathiques, ils n' hésitent pas à discuter un peu. On peut s' installer le temps qu' on veut dans l' espace joliment aménagé, pour relaxer seul( e) , discuter, travailler, étudier, et même tricoter!😉

I have been coming here for a long time and I find that the cafe has changed since the new owners. The coffee is hot and doesn't taste the same as before. A little disappointed!

First breakfast here since my arrival in Granby. A very attentive young woman served me a superb egg muffin. Chill and Bon vivant atmosphere. Obviously I recommend.
