Delicatessen Place Granby

The Jimmy pizza is my new favorite. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

Reopening since Wednesday November 6 with the new owners, I ordered a smoke meat spaghetti: damn, they changed the sauce recipe, that's a no no, plus you have to scratch to find the smoke meat and the quantity of spégatte to decrease, WHY CHANGE, WHY, everyone around me said the same thing, believe me the new owners were informed via the waitresses, to be continued!!!!

They were closed for a while because they sold out. They are now the Deli. I call to see if they are open they say yes you can come.

We go there, we drove 1h30 to get there and to be asked if we have a reservation, we say no and the young girl who is new and not experienced tells us oh well it's just reservations this evening...

What? But, we are only 2 people....we called before coming from an hour and a half away.....you said yes we are open you can come, she never mentioned that it was by reservation only, otherwise, well, I would have booked it... when we get there, we get kicked out like that?

Plus we took the trouble to call ahead to ask. Really very disappointing and not professional at all.

So for us, the Déli is over.

Excellent attention from the very kind ladies......the food was very good....the lady who served us was very special even the translator used to communicate with us....congratulations to this place...I recommend it 100% %

Dan's restaurant specializes in "smoked meat" but if you want to enjoy a really good pizza, order a special Délicatessen. It's an all dress with spaghetti sauce and smoked meat, it's the best in town.

The quality and service are quite poor.

At Delicatessen it's the place for the best pizza in town, lasagna, smoke meat, poutine, top quality food, just a step back in time with the decor, but with the welcome, everything is ticking! !!

The young girl who served us was very nice and was in no way responsible for my dissatisfaction. My friend was served a good 15 minutes before me. His hot chicken was barely warm in the middle. My Hamburger was good but also lukewarm. I definitely won't go back there. There is no shortage of restaurants in Granby.... I will go elsewhere next time!

like my family laurianne and karine we write bad service and agree 100% with eu. yes yes I have been a customer for over 40 years and I have brought a lot of customers there. I went to talk to the owner to talk to him about the problem. HE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT CAN'T DO ANYTHING WHICH IS SORRY. I CONTINUE TO TELL HIM THAT IT'S NOT NORMAL TO WAIT 2-2.5 HOURS TO GET OUR PLATE AND THE OWNER ACKNOWLEDGED I'M GOING TO KEEP YOU FROM THE RESTAURANT. A GREAT LACK OF RESPECT ON THE PART OF THE OWNER ENDED UP I GIVE ZERO ZERO STARS
