nice place but the waiters are unpleasant, we are two French who recently arrived in Quebec, so we do not know the system well, when paying we did not put tips (not knowing that this was obligatory), and instead of explaining to us how it would work, the waiter preferred to speak to us in a nasty manner, telling us that no one would serve us if we ever came back! It’s a shame because we planned to come back often, we who loved billiards
