This place was my favorite place to go for lunch. I spent the last few months away and I was very happy to finally be able to go back. A summary of the experience:
-The waitress offered us coffee before ordering and, having run out of patience once our meal was finished, we had to go find her ourselves to ask for a second coffee. She never came to see if we wanted more or if we wanted something else during our meal.
-The potatoes were roasted on the outside but the inside was almost raw. Far, far from being cooked.
-The Hollandaise sauce tasted like water. FOR WHAT?!? How is that done??? Thawed sauce?!???? Diluted recipe?!???? First time in my life that I found a horrible Hollandaise sauce but it really was. My companion received his plate first and these were his words: "the sauce just tastes water."
When I received mine, I noticed the same thing.
-Normally I don't make a big deal out of mistakes, but I think this time it's worth mentioning that literally half the ingredients in my dish were missing. After checking the menu and seeing that there was indeed a lot missing, the waitress took my plate back to the kitchen.
Note that this experience occurred when the restaurant was not crowded.
I had been talking about this place to the person who accompanied me for months, it was embarrassing.
I cannot recommend this restaurant anymore.

I will wait to read several good comments before setting foot there again.

We were a group of 32 people on Saturday December 14th. Our waitress, Mélanie, was really on point with her contagious good humor; she embarked on our madness and we had a lovely evening. Thank you Mélanie

Very bad experiences, it's no longer what I was when I was a child where it was my favorite restaurant, now I never want to go there again. Bad waitress, who almost never comes back and who leaves the mixer right next to us, who makes a lot of noise during our conversations. Long service and small portion. Really more than it was!

but from what I can see there have been changes and renovations I would have to go back to consolidate a new opinion.

We went for lunch. After 50 minutes of waiting for eggs we had to leave. Terrible delays from the kitchen and note that the restaurant was probably at less than 50% capacity. First time we tried this one in Granby and probably the last. To cook 2 eggs and bacon the longest we waited before this experiment was 20-25 minutes maximum. New record for you with 50 min
