Erablière Bernard Mets cuisinés & interprétation

Nous sommes venus pour la première fois à votre Érablière en ce week-end de Pâques et vraiment nous avons tout adoré !Si je n'avais qu'un seul point à améliorer, pour vraiment être pointilleuse, ce serait de faire des oeufs brouillés plutôt qu'en plaque type omelette. C'est un peu moins bon côté texture, mais ça c'est dans plusieurs cabane à sucre et c'est peut-être personnel à nos goûts aussi. Tout le reste de la nourriture A1, vraiment délicieux et que dire de votre soupe aux pois wow ! Et les activités pour les enfants, le sentier tout est parfait pour des heures de plaisir ! Nous allons revenir l'an prochain c'est certain! 💯

We bought a 6-person Swing la bacaisse box to entertain our friends for the holiday season. IT WAS EXCELLENT!!! Everything was really delicious! Really good homemade food! The stew, the pie, the turkey… Everything was really great! The accompaniments were all very tasty. We didn't run out of food and there were 5 guys with a good appetite. It was easy and simple following their instruction sheet. Everything is very well detailed so you can follow the cooking steps one by one. I highly recommend the swing la bacaisse formula for its choice of products with incredible tastes and for its ease of execution! We will buy the same thing again next year because it’s so easy to prepare and it’s so good!

This review is for the pecan pie only. I was very disappointed in the fact that this pie had corn syrup in it. It’s also the predominant ingredient ahead of maple syrup. This is misleading and it should have been called corn syrup pie.

Nous avons acheté une boîte swign la bacaisse 12 personnes ! My good c’était délicieux tous Le monde a adoré et nous avons eu pour quelques repas supplémentaires ! C’était parfait facile et à refaire pour l’an prochain. ! Merci merci merci Je vous adore 🥰 bravo pour votre excellent travail !

The vegetarian paf Thai was excellent. The noodles not overcooked, the sauce very tasty. First great experience. Other dishes to taste to come. Indeed the service was a little cold, perhaps tired from the holiday season! THANKS

The donuts are incredibly good!! Trying the dumpling stew would make me think it was Christmas, really delicious! And it has a good price! Still tried their spaghetti sauce!! 🍝

Very good tourtiere and chicken and salmon pâté

It's been 2 times that we have gone to look for products in the small store. The food is very good but the service is downright unpleasant! No hello when we arrived, no help offered when questioning the products, we were stared at throughout our shopping and a very disinterested response from the person who served us! Twice we came and twice we were treated to this bad service!
Unfortunately for us it was the last time!
