Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived 40 minutes before closing and were told we could still order but from the moment we sat down, it was clear the staff’s only priority was ending their shift on time. The service was terrible and inattentive. We were not treated with basic respect as customers.While we were eating, they started cleaning the floors right in our area which was not only disruptive but completely unhygienic and disgusting.We didn’t receive several items we ordered, with zero explanation, and instead got dishes we never asked for. There was no apology, no effort to fix anything, just pure negligence. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They clearly don’t care about their customers or the quality of service they provide.

Beautiful restaurant, too bad the wine is no longer available at this location. The best selection of sushi is only on weekends and evenings. There is a lunchtime special that costs less than the evening, super fun for her. Several varieties of meals, as much sushi as soup or meat.

Me and my friend Somme went to Fujiyama and we had food poisoning. While me and my friend were suffering but paying the cashier put pressure on us to give the tip. We both got sick afterwards, so I vomited in the third south parking lot of the Desjardins checkout, really the worst cashier.
I drive 2 hours to get there, that says a lot ? fast and excellent service, lots of variety.

We are regulars and this place was our favorite. We went last night September 12, 2024 and we were so disappointed! We ordered 4 kinds of sushi and they were not fresh at all. They were tasting the old sushi left in the fridge. The chicken teraki was more of a chicken curry. In addition, I am allergic to salmon and some sushi that we ordered had been modified and had salmon on it. Everything was cooked differently and didn't taste much. Damage. We'll probably try again another time and if it's the same thing again it will be the last time.

You literally feel like you're in a cafeteria. Poor quality food, not worth the cost. We do not receive what is ordered. No sign that it is served and prepared with care. For fans of fresh sushi, this is not the right place. The waitresses lack interpersonal skills and experience in customer service. Not warm. First and last time for us!
