1) 10 days ago, reservation impossible on site. I had to call... and it still hasn't been repaired today. I specified that it was a birthday... Nothing for dessert (no attention to a candle!) 2) few people in the room and yet... A lot of waiting between courses! 3 hours at the table, too long! 2) no cakes with the aperitif, butter present on the table...but no bread. We had to ask! 3) the aperitif menu is too brief 4) we had to go to the entrance to pay and oh! shocked because the reservations book is in view of everyone (indiscreet). No one at reception... and the person (once seeing us) went to get the machine for the credit card... So much back and forth! Even more shocked when her colleague insisted "heavily" on the "tip" 5) so, no attention to dessert (candle?) --> in a few words, poorly trained catering staff (never anyone in the room to move the service forward, follow orders, listen to customers, etc.) This experience will not be repeated for my part in this restaurant.

Then the kindness of the waitresses and their impeccable approach. The wine service, the waiting time between each course, the delicacy of the gestures, everything was perfect from A to Z.
