An extraordinary discovery! We salivated over the food being prepared while sitting at the counter. Their goal: to excite our taste buds through presentation, cooking, and especially flavors! When you eat trout tartare, it tastes like trout! Cooking the lamb: more than perfect! And Simpson’s cod dish, mussels and macres: it’s heaven. Well done gang. See you again soon! And I forgot: a very affordable wine list!
Very disappointed with our experience. (4 people) For my part, very disappointed with my meal and above all much too expensive for the experience received. Average service. We were informed at the end of the meal that we would not be able to have coffee, the machine was broken. We're going to pay almost $450 between 4 people for a 2 course and the coffee maker is broken...oof! Not up to par. We do not recommend this restaurant.
At these prices, you'd expect wine to be served at an acceptable temperature.
The place is very crammed, don't expect any privacy, or even to be able to have a conversation at your own table if the one next to you struggles with the concept of inside voice.
