Worst service! I took 2 x 4 flavors of Gelato (their largest format) and the lady didn't even fill the pots completely despite me telling her! I'm a Gelato lover, normally it goes over the rim of the container at least but in this case, it didn't even fill their little pot completely! And I took the biggest pots available! If you want Gelato samples, you've come to the right place! Plus, they charge the tip at the cash register before even serving you! ...I won't go back there...

Bought a beautiful Easter chocolate, when my girlfriend opens the gift it's already broken... Having known I should have bought the bag of chocolate altogether it would have cost me much less in the pound.I am not able to respond to your comment so I will modify my comment... I am more than 2 hours away, I was just passing through so I threw away the bill for around $20, I am not a local guy, your suggestion is to take a detour from Richmond and return without a bill for a chocolate for around $20... Next time think about it instead of leaving this kind of review. THANKS.

Their services go beyond a simple creamery. Gelatos and candies (and even more in the one on the Dufferin). I finished an old loyalty card and was surprised to get a free bag of candy for it.
