I spent a truly exceptional evening at Maison Boire last night. The service was next level. By far the most welcoming, professional and inspiring, I had seen in years. Now, the food... Well it's simply delicious. Beautifully presented as you'll see from my pictures, but what you will miss out on is the fabulous mariages made by this brilliant chef. I look forward to my next visit, and I'm certain it will be very soon, as the menu is filled with great option. The filet mignon with bone I tasted, was simply out of this world. But really every dish had a moment of perfection about it. By far the best restaurant in the Eastern Townships.

Very charming restaurant to absolutely visit. The menu has a fire theme where the products are cooked on the grill which gives them character and a signature of their own with very pleasant smoky flavors. Starters such as mushrooms or bison tartare are surprising and meats (beef or wild boar) on the fire are simply essential. In summer the side terrace is very warm and during the cold season the dining room is elegant. The service is extraordinary, the hosts are extremely friendly and you can tell they love what they do. After 2 visits, we were won over. It's the best restaurant around, we'll definitely go back!

I loved this restaurant. I discovered an astonishing place, not knowing that there were such charming little places in Granby! The service was friendly and well accomplished, a big thank you to Riz for his impeccable service! Plus, the food wowed us every time. The little attention at the beginning with the aranchinis, the Caesar-style brussels cabbage salad and without forgetting the main course: 35 oz of prime rib executed to perfection! We had the second floor section reserved with private balcony, private living room and private bathroom. We practically felt like we were in a hotel!
I loved my experience and I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, whether for a romantic evening or a special occasion.
