Very poor delivery service, an incomplete and cold order and when we called Mr. Puff Granby directly the cashier told us that she does not know these delivery men and that she can do nothing to help us.

I ordered online through Uber and the app lets me know that my order will be ready at 7:20 a.m. I arrive at 7:20 a.m. and there are several people waiting. There are 4 girls behind the counter talking together and don't seem to be making or taking orders. One of them is singing and chatting instead of responding to customers. I wait then after 5 minutes I manage to ask an employee if my Uber order is ready. She tells me she doesn't know and goes to the backstore. A few minutes later another employee comes to see me and I ask her if my order is ready. She tells me no and that she has been forgotten. We take the order from my sister-in-law who is with me and finally after 15 minutes I receive my boxes and my sister-in-law receives hers. However there were several other people who were there before us and yet we were served before??? Really very low quality service. What do you do during the rush??

Very poor customer service, this evening at around 8:00 p.m. It took us 45 minutes to get our order, even though it wasn't crowded. After 30 minutes of waiting for 2 slush, we went back to see the waitress who was on her phone to ask her if we could receive them or have them refunded and she told us that it was not possible and to be patient...we received them 15 minutes later with errors. Probably the worst customer service experience I've had.

So slow to use them your no working method makes leather Mr Puffs then puts the fillings and instead of distributing another batch straight away so we wait we wait it's long

Wednesday July 24, 2024, employee with stupid area, just takes one order at a time, slow service handles his cell phone while making the order with false nails ? slippery floor as if he was using a greasy mop to wash the floors!

Employee who talks to me stupidly and laughs at me with his colleague in front of me obviously because I want to separate two flavors which according to her are similar but one of which I don't like and which are for my children. I ask if the donuts are hot because she serves me the ones that are already ready, everything seems off (3 p.m.) she tells me yes, and finally they were barely warm.
This is not the first time that I have had arrogant or average service in Granby unlike other branches. Damage.

Very poor customer service, this evening at around 8:30 p.m. There was a misunderstanding with the order and the girl responsible for the order responded very arrogantly and got even more upset when the mistake was calmly mentioned to her. One of the worst customer service experiences.

Bravo à la jeune caissière qui a su tourner un problème technique avec la machine interac. Elle a su garder son calme, nous attendions tous impatiemment de repartir avec nos commandes chaudes. Après plusieurs minutes, elle a gentiment offert de nous donner les commandes. Nous sommes tous répartis avec le sourire. Combien ça vaut selon vous?
