I place my order on the apli so that I arrive on time to indicate that my order is ready and even if there are no other customers waiting for their order I have to wait 15 minutes anyway I wonder what is the point of ordering by the apli if they have to wait because in addition my order had not even been printed very disappointed with their way of doing things

I just went to pick up an order at pfk granby in addition to waiting half an hour to have my order delivered to the house I open and I have a mixed barrel instead of my barrel of chicken that I ordered It cost me 62 in consideration and given the state of the chicken I didn't even eat it was all broken up and disgusting

Order at the drive-thru. The staff has difficulty understanding you, I have to repeat 3 times... I order, box of super crunchy spicy macaroni salad. It arrives without salad, the sandwich full of mayo (not spicy), enough that it overflows on all sides.. disgusting! Not complicated, I have to go there 3 times a year, and there are ALWAYS mistakes. Finally, we won't talk about the cleanliness of the place! This is my first review left on Google but such poor service, we need to talk about it. Last time I go there!

Error when ordering. 15min wait. We ordered 2 boxes with the famous new KD chicken and mac and cheese sandwich. The breading was rock hard and I almost broke a tooth trying to eat it. The little bit of chicken was dry and so cooked. The sandwiches had almost no chicken in them... Just breading, so we threw them away and wasted. Very disappointing, we were on vacation in Granby.
