Although the pizza was good, 30 minutes late than the maximum delivery. On tracking the delivery it went from 6:20 a.m. to 6:34 a.m. to 6:43 a.m. and the delivery man arrived at 6:55 a.m., when I called around 6:45 a.m. the receptionist seemed stupid.

In recent days there has been a change of ownership and it shows, the quality of this restaurant is rapidly declining and the service of these said owners is quite mediocre.

I'm writing here, hoping this isn't deleted because I just had the worst customer experience at Salvatoré.I went to the branch at 5:10 p.m. to order in store: a large all-dress, a large classic poutine and a medium general Tao poutine with cheese on the side. Everything is fine, everyone is super nice and friendly, great customer experience at that time. I pay my bill and leave around 5:25 p.m. I arrive at my office where we are having a union meeting and realize that the order is wrong for General Tao poutine, no sauce in this one. I call at 5:42 p.m., and speak with the manager (whose name they wouldn't tell me). He apologizes for the mistake and suggests getting store credit or that I pick up some sauce. I explain that currently it is not my mistake, that it is not up to me to go back and look for the sauce (in any case I am in a union meeting through TEAMS, which is why I stopped looking for to eat for my colleagues and I) and that I can't eat my poutine since it's currently dry fries with popcorn chicken on top. The manager asks that I pay the delivery costs so that they can come and bring me my sauce, I assure you that it is still not my mistake. He ends up saying that he's going to come and deliver it to me himself, but since there's a tow truck blocking his vehicle, it should take about 10 minutes. I tell him to call me if he can't find the place. At 6:23 p.m. I called back, the manager told me that ''his delivery man'' left about 15 minutes ago, that he had an order with me that it really shouldn't take long. I watch the window and leave the sound on my phone on in case it cannot find which door I am at (we are in a large building, however there are doorbells that we hear in each office). At 7:00 p.m. I call back. An employee who does not want to give his name or give the information of the manager and owner answers me. He mentions that another delivery man came by, that he knocked and rang and called but got no answer. I tell him that it certainly didn't ring since no one (not my colleagues and I) heard it ring. Also, I have the call history and no calls have been made. He says in a condescending tone that I will have to get the sauce ''myself'' at the restaurant, that he cannot give me any other information. I am completely shocked at the service I received, I do not recommend anyone to go there if this is the kind of service they provide to customers when it is a mistake made on their end. I had already had very long delivery times in the past and I had excused this on exceptions, but I can't believe I just experienced this.
