We were 3 Adults and 3 youth. We were well received with smiles at door. Alice our waitress was truly remarkable, always smiling even though I got her name wrong twice 😊 she spoke to me in english having perceived that I was more at ease than with french. Truly looked in on us during our stay ensuring we were satisfied. Then she told meit was her fith day at Scores. You have a « gem » of a person as part of your staff. Thank you, we’ll be back.

I visited the scores location around four times during my stay in the region and found the prices, Food, quality, and service very good. I tried both to dine in and take out options. The salad bar takeout for $15 was excellent, As there are lots of fresh vegetable options to choose from. I would happily return to this location.

The food was served so quickly that it must have sat on the counter for hours. It was inedible. The chicken was so dry it was inedible. Even the kids did not want to eat their chicken nuggets because they were “soft”. The salad bar was ok but the lettuce was old.

First and last time. 30 minutes of waiting before someone came to see us. Another 30min to get our drinks, but still no water. And beer before the children's juices. Other tables arrived after us and were distributed before us, despite a group of the same size. After an hour and a half of waiting, asking our server several times, we finally managed to get the children's plates. It was so long that my nephew was on the verge of tears from fatigue, hunger, etc. I am the manager of a restaurant in Granby, and it is frankly unacceptable such slow service, without questions to see if everything is okay etc. We could have at least been informed of the progress of our plates, something. The server surely did his best, but the entire team didn't seem in control of the evening. Worst experience ever.

It's been a long time since we've been there. Before we liked it. This time it was different. The young girl at reception (if you call that welcome) wasn't very welcoming let's say. She installed us (pitch? Installed is a big word) at a table. I asked if a bench was free by pointing to one (several benches were available) she told me no, it wasn't free and left without saying anything. I actually thought she was going to check but she never came back. A couple arrives and she places them in the seat. No one comes to see us. She passes by and I ask her if we can have a bench and why they were able to sit there. She quickly tells me a section story and I point to another bench and tell me that it’s correct. I understand the idea of sections but she could have said it from the start and offered us an alternative. We change places. Although the service was endless (and it wasn't crowded) our server was very friendly and smiling. I want to emphasize this. The atmosphere in the restaurant looks like a cafeteria, no music, just the sound of utensils. The food...the salad bar had some stuff that tasted rancid, I'm sure it was old stock. Same for the rice on my plate which was still crunchy, and the small fried onions as a garnish which tasted like rancid. The chicken was good though and juicy. I'm really not a difficult customer but if it were me I would want to know about these things.
