The worst benny i ever went to!!! They messed up our order 3 times and when we went to go ask for the correct meal they called the cops on us saying that we where agressive and that we just wanted to eat for free. When the cops arrived they realized that the manager or the boss was infact the aggressive one. Every time we had an issue with our delivery they told us to call doordash so they didn't have to deal with it save yourself the trouble and go to the other benny co. I really hope the CEO sees all these reviews and does something about this terrible management they don't know how to speak to clients.

If you could tell your delivery people to calm their nerves on the roads that would be nice. It's not pleasant to come close to getting punched in the ass while driving through the streets of Granby after a snowstorm (the roads are slippery). THANKS !

Disappointed... I ordered online on their site. I had selected between 12:45 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. and added clear delivery instructions (receipt/shipment entry back door #4). I received a text that said it was to arrive between 12:30 and 1:00 p.m. instead. The delivery person arrived at 12:00 at the front door. With just the address written on the box without instructions and without a name. My colleague asked who it was for. He replied that he didn't know but that it was already paid so it didn't matter. She insisted that he call the restaurant to find out the name otherwise it would have been very difficult to find out who it was for... Especially by delivering to the wrong door and at the wrong time... Moreover... The meal was cold in addition to dry chicken. Even the cold sauce if I would have poured it on my fries it would have fallen into 2 large pieces.

Ordered delivery a while back, had to call the restaurant after 1 hour. They said they delivered already..and we never got food.

They said they would resend someone, 45mins later i call them back and it they said it was my fault, heard them arguing over phone and wouldn’t compensate. 2:30 later they said they would deliver my order and sent the wrong order again. A bunch of clowns run this place, filled a complaint and nothing ever came of it. This place needs new management

There are always errors in my orders, either sauces are missing or it's the wrong chicken. I ordered 2 thighs and received 1 thigh 1 breast and did not get the sauce that I ordered in addition.
The food is good but it's disappointing when there are always mistakes.

Since the opening of the restaurant we have been traveling to get our food, a few mistakes have happened and it is never full......this evening like every Friday we are going to get our duo and regular poutine and surprise, no fries with our chicken, we called to ask them to please deliver them to us, not that they told us we offered a $5 credit for this failure but chicken without fries is ordinary! !! I'm really disappointed on their part.....I think it's the last time for us, at $43 they should at least accept their mistake and deliver them to us.

Super good food and excellent checkout service, but a big downside!
You have to be patient when there are more than two people ordering it still takes a good half hour to get your lunch. There is a distinct lack of organization in the kitchen.
