Delivery promised in 20 minutes on the internet and my order arrived 1h45 later. Really disappointed to have left a tip when I placed my order online Do not do. My order is cold, the children are hungry. Under the pretext that the staff mixed up invoices. Benny& co next time.

For a take-out order, I chose two ‘chef’s choices’ and a large Taï poutine. I asked three times if they had put the correct poutine in the box, and they confirmed it. When we got home, the Taï turned out to be a poutine with dough nuggets and leftover chicken (very cheap nuggets) while the chef's choices were correct, nothing more. I called to have them deliver a Taï to me, as I had requested and paid for. They told me that normally they would not exchange it, but that exceptionally, they would deliver my mega Taï poutine to me. Error error, they delivered me a poutine, but with so much Taï sauce (probably frustrated chef) that it was cold and inedible. Be careful, Rôtisseries Benny and Benny & Co are not the same restaurants.

The club sandwich was delicious, lots of chicken. Good and hot fries.Order at the counter at the special price.Very nice waitress.First try and not the last.

For the first time I order there on delivery. I am very disappointed. The meal arrived cold. I ordered a club sandwich with dark meat for $3 extra. So I'm calling it out for their mistake. He told me he was sorry and that he couldn't do anything about it!! What

Quite ordinary as a service;1- Friday afternoon they have 1 delivery person2- the receptionist said 30 minutes it took 1:153- I call the receptionist back, she tells me that there is a back up of 20 orders4- I speak to the manager who tells me we don't need more drivers, we go with the request,????5- finally my order arrives, I give the money to the driver he doesn't give me my change and I don't have my liquors!!!!

Very very bad service, it was the apocalypse, ordered a dinner Saturday evening at 5:00 p.m. for 4 people in line to pick it up on site and waited 1:30 hours to receive the order, after 1 hour of waiting I asked where my order had gone and they hadn't even started to do it yet. He had other people waiting too. One person waited over 1 hour at the drive-thru order window, the staff was completely lost, they mixed up the orders, after finally receiving the wrong orders 4 times and in addition really disappointed with the poorly half-roasted chicken meal and also I was missing a leg in my duo, really very disappointing for a meal at $70 in addition to having scrapped our evening it was for a birthday, you will understand that after all that I no longer wanted to go back for the missing thigh I did without it, it would have been better efficient to go get the meal in another Benny like the one in Saint-Hubert where we are well served I would have had enough time to go there and come back and we would have eaten well at least.

Waited 10 minutes in Drive Thru line. Took 5 minutes before someone said Hello, I could hear everything they were saying like they're someone at the Drive. Then did you order ? I said no, okay well it won't be long... Another 5 minutes and I left.Sorry, but a drive thru is for "fast food", being on my lunch break I cannot wait 15 minutes until being served.

Drive-thru: doesn't even respond to at least advise that there is someone who will pick us up soon. Nothing. No sound, no picture. Enough that we wonder if it is open. We go inside, the employee is on the phone and completely ignores us. We had to leave without even a glance after a few minutes of watching him lean on the counter chatting in a low voice, 2.5 hours before closing time. More than mediocre service.

I went to get food Friday evening, October 13, 2023, with my two children. Two employees (a boy and a girl) made negative comments about another employee (a boy) in front of us on several occasions. I was too embarrassed at the time to intervene?, I found it very uncomfortable and above all I found it extremely lacking in professionalism on their part. ?Being in the employee's place, I wouldn't stay in such an unhealthy work environment!
