Nous sommes allés chez Pavane pour une première visite le week-end dernier, et notre repas était tout simplement FABULEUX. Très beau menu, plats frais et gouteux, ambiance chaleureuse, et un service impeccable! Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors d’une prochaine visite à Granby!

Nous y sommes allés un samedi soir pour un souper de couple. C’était vraiment délicieux! Le service était bien et on a bien été conseillés. Nous avons pris les huîtres et les gnocchis en entrée ainsi que le rib steak et les pétoncles en repas. On a poussé la note en prenant le biscuit St-Raphaëlle comme dessert et c’était une belle finale à notre repas!

Definitely our favorite place for all kinds of celebrations.... One of the best restaurants in the region. Warm and inclusive service. Perfect atmosphere. And what to say about the food... SUBLIME. A special note for the sommelier who definitely knows her wines and their pairings - don't hesitate to let yourself be guided. Thank you Pavane and his team for affordable and distinct gastronomy!

We had a reservation for 2 at 6:45 p.m. which was listed for 6:00 p.m. by mistake from the hostess. As the restaurant, although having our number, never tried to contact us upon noting our delay, we showed up at 6:45 p.m. The hostess then informs us that our table is reserved for another service at 8:00 p.m. and that depending on "how the restaurant is moving" (understand, the tables that become available) we may have to be moved. Finally we had barely tasted our cocktail when the starters arrived, quickly followed by the main courses. So expeditious that we dropped the glass of wine as an accompaniment because our first cocktails were still not finished! The food was good but we can't say that we were able to enjoy our meal....as for dessert, unfortunately we can't tell you about it because when we ordered it, we were instead presented with the bill! Yes, it was already 8:00 p.m.....We are very far from the gastronomic experience that we expect when we treat ourselves to dinner in a restaurant such as Pavane. Having known, we would have preferred to postpone the reservation.
