I ordered my drink and it took very long everyone behind me was served before me I had to wait extra long and they got the drink wrong they forgot the caramel and just squirted it all on top instead of making the drink properly I couldn’t even drink my drink ! Because the caramel block it

Every time I go there, they no longer have what I want. Many times it's new things that they display, but they have more. They discontinued the veggie morning sandwich, but they never had any when I went there, so why discontinue it if everyone wants one? I've been stopping by for the new lavender matcha for 2 days in a row...but they're out of lavender powder. The employees are really nice and they try to find alternatives, but it's frustrating to never be able to get what you want!
