A very normal Friday on June 28, 2024 around 6:15 p.m. No rush, a young man obviously with little experience serves us, a very dirty Snap-On cap on his head, we could even see the traces of sweat on his headgear. The hair behind the cap...yes, with a net, but the hair was too long and sticking out. The counter of the display full of dust, I ran a finger over it, I regretted my action immediately. The display windows are also disgusting. What can we say about the stainless counter and the floor...with the full trash cans in the work areas. We took two number 1s and one number 2...we all had a stomach ache the next morning. Subway is over for us.

For some reason that mystifies me they are regularly out of stock for basic meats like pepperoni or ham...
I've never seen this happen in 25 years in any subway... But for about a year it's been happening too regularly. This is not normal... Imagine going to a pizzeria and they don't have pepperoni!?
Tonight June 8, 2024, they have no pepperoni, no bacon, no lids for drinks and no cookies.... ?

On a Thursday, 5 p.m., we were the only ones, except for a customer who wanted to order online but she was in front of the counter........ Why???!They weren't even ready for the pseudo rock of supper. The dishes were empty, I had to ask him if there was any spinach and other vegetables left! While the young man is behind, he enters and doesn't move very quickly! Basically we are finished! Service without a smile! More new employees! The menu has changed again.....Why?!!In short, none of the Subways in Granby make sense! Total disappointment!

The ladies who prepared our sandwiches for us don't even follow Subway's rules. They had flower barrettes in their hair, false nails, they didn't change their gloves before serving us. In short, bad service and poor work hygiene
