When we arrived there were only 2 chairs left at a table for 4, 6 people at a discussion party and 8 others were playing cards, and two came to see us if we had a long time because he wanted the chairs. DISGUSTINGBowl of chicken noodle soup with big chunks of seasoned imitation chicken in the bottom.. and bowl of bland coriander rice.. my French vanilla was good all that for $20... and a good 25 min before having my order ! Last time in the dining room at Tim's for me.

The Tim Horton on Robinson I love them yes sometimes the service is a little long but they are smiling, courteous and welcoming especially the morning serviceVegetarian options: They have slightly healthier options which are very good too, they still have something for everyone for a little break

In addition to being rude to customers..you have to wait to make your order and be told sorry we have more or sorry our machine doesn't have any..because they are incapable of cleaning them..and when finally you have the dish you want and that you paid for is cold...be the chicken is hard and not eatable at all...make it hard make it 4 times in a row it happens to me I don't buy anything from them anymore its finished

1) Unsanitary2)Lack of products3)Incomplete order4) Young staff speak and are not attentive to their work, there are no adults with them to direct them in their tasks.5) no way to have a conversation with the owner(s).

I called on Tuesday August 23 at 2:18 AM to find out about the menu and I was told very curtly and stupidly that it was closed and not to call back.. Even though I just wanted to find out about the menu. Super disrespectful, maybe be more selective before hiring people who are incapable of being respectful and answering a simple question. It's not a teenager who spoke to me in the same way, it's more towards a young adult/adult... the lack of education continues for a lifetime it seems..Don't advertise that it's open if it's just to be disrespectful like that.
