Honestly, I'm not a regular customer but when I treat myself a little, I don't expect to have a very bad experience at the drive-thru like today. Not only was the price displayed not the same as at the window, but when I arrived at work, I realized that an item was missing from my order! I tried to contact them, but couldn't get a satisfactory response. I know there is a lot of staff turnover now but the customer service really leaves something to be desired! Being in customer service myself, I wonder why not take 10 seconds before handing me my order at the window instead of counting the napkins she puts in my bag...For $1.86, I I'm not going to go back in line to persist but I'm very disappointed!

Got a BLT Diner sandwich with cheese grilled on the panini through the drive through which I got but after biting into it realizing there’s zero sauce?!? Really disappointed in having a dry sandwich.

They made my bagel wrong twice, made our pizza wrong and forgot a grilled cheese. When we told them, we were ignored by a teenager and insulted. Sorry but for $55 worth of food, I would have liked better service

That the toilets are always very walled floor room all the toilet rooms broken from one end its one of the most room places any restaurant combined!! He tells you he washes them in all the numbers

Went on a Saturday at 7:00 p.m. to the drive-thru. I order a Club à la Tim, I am told that there is no longer any long bread, but that they can make it on two Ciabatta breads. Finally (again at the drive-thru), I am told that they can no longer make them. I ask if they can make pizza, she tells me no, “just cold sandwiches, I tell her that a Tim’s Club is cold so can she make some, she says yes. I get to the window, pay, the girl comes to see me to say that there is no more bacon. So there wasn't much left, however I paid the same price.. Zero for the service, the girl was laughing while making the sandwiches and they looked at me. Really not a place I recommend.

Again and again an ice cap machine that doesn't work, another 35 minutes of waiting to have it said... no warning outside or inside, or at the drive-thru. Lots of people in cars leaving after a 35 minute wait with nothing and really angry. Place to avoid, especially from fds.

Unclean restaurant. Dining room floor hasn't been washed since the day before. Trash is not changed at the end of the day. Toilet dirty for more than 24 hours. Imagine the kitchen. I do not recommend this Tim
