The worst service ever, we waited more than 45 minutes just for 2 chicken wraps

There were 5 customers in front of us, we waited half an hour to be served. We called in advance to confirm they have soup . When we got to order, we were told the soup has “gone bad” at that point. Ridiculous.
Choose McDonald’s instead, I’ve never waited this long to come out with nothing.

Everyone's big problem...the cleanliness leaves a lot to be said...it is very unfortunate in this chain...the bathrooms are always dirty and the tables...it will be a coincidence that it is always my turn to arrive when It's dirty...it's a constant in everyone.....

I came one evening at 9:20 p.m. for a very simple sandwich, I was told that they didn't have the bread so I asked for a bowl, they didn't have it either, so I asked them what I could have. They told me a plain bagel, I told him I was going to have that. HE ASKS ME WHAT I WANT IN IT! I tell him cream cheese and that's it. I arrive home, I have a plain bagel, nothing inside. I called him so he said he “forgot” my cream cheese. So I ask him for a credit and he tells me he can't do it because he didn't charge the cheese on my bill. Load or not I'm asking something because it's their mistake and not mine if he forgot! I tell him that if I wanted a simple bagel I would have gone to the grocery store for it seems to me that it is obvious that I did not come for a bagel without knowing anything THAT HE ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED IN IT!!!! I then ask him to speak to his superior and the latter replies arrogantly that he is not there. I ask him so it's time he replies that he is, knows that I have to show up in person. To be honest, very rude, I don't know who this young man is, but he lacks education and certainly has Alzheimer's.
