Worse Tim in Granby. Always closed even when it is supposed to be open, like this morning at 7:33 a.m., supposedly open since 7 a.m., people inside preferring to count their cheese, rather than unlock their doors and their drive-thru. Loss of 5 customers at this time. I can't imagine if it's like this every day, since it's not the first time that this happens to me...

I often go to tims which I love. I was very well served but the cleanliness omg I had never seen the sandwich preparation counter so clean. I understand that they can have a rock but still a minimum of cleanliness. The counter is right in front where we wait for our things, you can't miss it and before you tell me no, they weren't in a rock at all. Just be careful to sweep the counter and at least one cloth, especially when you're waiting in front.

Ordered they didn't have it, Ordered a different thing they didn't have it, 3rd times the charm nope didn't have it.. okay what do you have???? Anything??? Long wait at window had time to write this review after finding out where to leave the review. Still haven't pulled out of the drive thru or gotten half the order which is 2 cold drinks and 2 donuts because they ran out of tim bits. finally now we have the full order thankfully wow.

Don't go there on the weekend, you'll wait forever (if you have what you ordered)… And I'm not just complaining, I'm living 5min. walk from there and went there for years but it's just not worth it anymore at this location and especially the weekend.
