ce fou de ce que je lui dis, m'envoie chier car je demande la mousse d'espresso qui vien avec le infusé à froid noisettes. veux me charger plus.. pis sacré contre moi car je l'est demander fort aux collègues .. ne juste pas écouter... fini pour moi... ya des meilleures place... en tk à 8h pm environ samedi 14mai... horrible service.

Got a bagel with cream cheese and butter. Often order this from a bunch of different tims. Apparently there must have been a cream cheese shortage cause I got so little it was dry and bland and I tossed out most of it

12 people walking around while 1 person at front counter taking orders and then filling them alone with little to no help from other employees. Cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority. Washrooms and open areas looked grubby and unkept.

It was a fast service and the food is good. However, the employee that served us was disrespectful and not patient at all. The elderly employee assumed we already knew what we were ordering from the menu and she answered us disrrspectfully when we asked questions.

The supervisor is rude and no one knows the difference between cream and milk. I’ve worked three years at Tim’s and this is the first Tim that doesn’t know how to make iced coffee with milk they changed it three times and it was always with cream I’m very disappointed
