Your food is excellent, nothing to say on this side, the problem is the delivery... Before there was not this much delay but unfortunately for some time the delays have not been reasonable... We called at 6:30 p.m. and we received our order at 9 p.m.... This is unfortunately the 3rd time that we have received delays between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m.... Unfortunately it is inconceivable and will cause you to lose customers.

This evening, called to order at 6:00 p.m. The guy tells us it will be ready by 7:00 p.m. My boyfriend leaves with my two children to pick up the order. At 7:15 p.m. they say it's going to be longer than expected. At 8:00 p.m., still not even started our order. We canceled and for sure, we will never go back there. Too bad, because it was our favorite before. But since the owners have changed and the previous cooks have moved, no thanks!!

2024-07: unfortunately, the quality of the specialty sushi is no longer up to par since the last change of ownership. They break down between the chopsticks and we no longer recognize the sushi even though it's the same menu. The service seems to be slower too. Fewer employees in the kitchens and dining room. Damage. I cannot confidently recommend this restaurant anymore. ---------- Was 4/5 (5/5 specialty sushi, 3/5 speed of service): Best sushi place so far! I tested several in Ontario and Quebec. The people are very courteous and the owners are very friendly. Fast service. Not expensive for the quality of the sushi.

3 hours of meal for 30 minutes of tasting. It's a long wait...almost forgotten in a corner by our waitress...you'd have to order almost everything at once upon arrival to make sure you don't spend so much time waiting. Waitress little, even unaware of what they offer on the menu or what she serves us. Coca-Cola served whose date was 9 months out of date. The dishes are good, fortunately this compensates a little. I recommend if you have a lot of time on your hands.

I was pleasantly surprised. My past few experiences in Granby, QC have caused me to lower my expectations, and Tokyo Sushi left me with some hope for the area. Some dishes were definitely differently different, but they worked. Good food and great service. Will definitely return. They are on the pricey side: $130 for two people (with tip) without alcohol. We feel this was worth 90$ with tip. 3.5stars
