This is a brick and mortar restaurant, so I'm not sure if there is also a food truck somewhere or if they've moved from a truck to a building. Food was excellent, and there were good non seafood and vegetable options which I found a bit difficult to get in the gaspesie region.

Service was extremely slow, despite being a party of only 2, and the restaurant was busy but not completely full. They definitely needed another waitress or two that night as it was only the waitress and bartender/hostess working.

Was on a solo impromptu motorcycle trip and pulled in around 9pm. Hadn’t eaten all day, had worked a full day and ridden five hours with nowhere to stay. The staff quickly ushered the owner out who gave me a camp site for $20. I stayed for a delicious Cheese burger with cuds, topped with an onion ring. Although the place was full, my order came in under 20 mins and couldn’t had been better. Classy place, classy staff and welcomed my dirty bug covered self with open arms. Highly suggest this place!

Service impeccable 👌 entrée succulente 🤤 repas a n'en couper le souffle 🫠 littéralement il m'aurais fallu une brouette pour sortir 🤪 ils ont même prit la peine de chanter "joyeuse anniversaire" à ma soeur, en amenant un délicieux dessert, une explosion de saveur sur les papilles gustatives 💥 sans parler de leur cocktail "pina gaspesina", un vrai nuage 🍹☁️ sincèrement si je pouvais mettre 10 étoiles sur 5 je le ferais ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went here with a few friends the restaurant was full so it took a bit of time to get our orders taken but the “burger big mat” was the best burger I’ve ever eaten amazing service other I highly recommend coming here

Super good for lunches and dinners, impeccable service, price wise, it's really reasonable as they said, we really get our money's worth. Very creative chef's cuisine worthy of the great chefs of Quebec.

Waitress was very patient w my horribly sounding Texan accent.One issue…I wanted the bigger breakfast but as I’m allergic to ham could they just bring three of them?

Would this not lower your food costs leaving it in kitchen?
So I ordered a less expensive meal

On a +ve note you had diet COKE…..yaaaaaay.

Nothing to say! Lunch was more than perfect, everything was good almost to the point of licking our plates. Reasonable price, warm atmosphere and above all impeccable service! 5 well-deserved stars, well done, a place not to be overlooked if you pass by!

It was our first time visiting Bistrochez Bigmat. We ordered nacho bigmat and poulet general big and it was delicious. Staff was very kind. We loved it. Looking forward to visit this place again.
