“Our last visit, the service was not up to par. Of what we have already known. I asked for my poutines finished with Dixie Lee sauce and that's not what I received. The waitress says yes I wrote it. She checks and notices that she didn't do it. To then say well no she didn't tell me. So we didn't want to do them again. Ok fine, we'll just eat our chicken and that's it. I told my son that it was a shame about the service we got. We came to encourage the owner who is an acquaintance. Saying her name, the waitress immediately came back to us and said I'm going to make your poutines again...“
