NEVER ORDER FROM Bergham - Greenfield Park!

Yesterday, February 2, 2025, I placed an order at Bergham - Greenfield Park at 5:00 p.m.: a Maximum trio and a Phillysteak trio. Delivery was announced for 5:33 p.m.

As soon as I check the tracking, I notice that the estimated time keeps increasing. At 5:53 p.m., I called the restaurant (450-672-0909). The person on the phone blatantly lies to me by saying that the order has already left with the delivery person, while the tracking clearly shows that the delivery person has not even picked up the order yet.

At 6:28 p.m., new attempt. This time, the interlocutor completely changes the version and tells me that the order is still being prepared! However, a few minutes earlier, I was told that she had already left! When he realizes that he has contradicted himself, he looks for a pathetic excuse:
👉 “Sir, there are only two of us working, we can’t go any faster.”

Unacceptable! It's not my problem if you're understaffed. I paid for a service, respect your commitment!

And as if that wasn't enough, he starts speaking in Arabic with his colleague, mentions a name (Achraf or Sharaf, it doesn't matter), then hangs up on me!

I then decide to call Doordash (778-653-3562). Fortunately, they took charge of the situation and assured me that I would receive my order in 15 minutes.

⏳ Result: I finally receive my order at 7:00 p.m., 2 HOURS after placing it!

And there, new disappointment:
📌 Botched order, completely missed! (See attached images)
📌 Bad sauce! I asked for mayonnaise + ketchup for one sandwich and Algerian + samurai + Moroccan for the other. They only sent me 4 miserable little pots of ketchup.
📌 Poorly prepared sandwiches! They only put mayonnaise even though I don’t even eat it!
📌 Fries thrown in the bag! No organization, no separate little bags. And what’s more, one of the trios is missing the fries!

I paid $48.37 for this disaster (Order #0221696758).

Not only is the service deplorable, but I'm also spoken to badly on the phone, lied to, and served a botched order after 2 hours of waiting!

A first catastrophic experience… and the last.

I was disappointed with their meatball which had pieces of cartilage in it. I expected more from a burger restaurant.
Their musical choices are definitely an acquired taste.

Parking: There is no parking in front of the restaurant. The only places available are next to the neighboring business.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is only one sidewalk to go up. The entrance is flat and level.
