I ordered a bowl santé but the salad was not fresh at all . Specially avocado salad . Never like before and their portion of protein was very less than before

Ordered 6 pitas we only received 4 and when we called, they couldn’t do anything about it. Now some people in our group cannot eat and we need to order from another place. I mean c’mon you Forget something….just send what’s missing….

⚠️ The food was really poor quality. They filled up the whole container with rice and salade to put less amount of chicken. Disappointing....

Be careful they steal your money !! I ordered food here today and they changed me alot mote than the price said .. then I toll them about the mistake and the lady at the cash said yes you have to taxes... but even with taxes the prices don't match up.. they charged me 25 percent taxes ... I too my phone calculator out to show her the math and she wasn't cooperating .. I asked to see the bill and she did not let me have the bill .. then the guy in back showed up and whispered in her ear to give me 50 cents..

I paid with credit card which they over charged me for them to give me back 50 cents cash... I took the 50 cents and went on but I calculated the math and 50 cents doesn't even cover half of the over charge of what I paid..

I will no longer be going to eat here sadly .. with prices going up and especially here where they increased there prices by alot I will not stand to be ripped off or scammed... how many other clients do they do this to throughout there week.

16.99+tx for an overpriced Boust box that has a laughable amount of fries and a sandwich with a drink. Not worth it. This location is very stingy with portions.

Every time I go, the portions are way too small for the price. Even the sauce, you have to ask 3–4 times for them to add more, which just feels cheap. I try to avoid this place even though it’s close to my house, but when I’m in a rush I stop by — and every single time, I leave disappointed

Huge long strand of hair in my junior bowl, wrapped up around the chicken and sauce. Completely ruined my appetite

Terrible service. Not up to Boustan standards. NDG location is far superior. Ordered the veggie plate, which came with minimal salad + fattoush salad made with iceberg lettuce??? REALLY???

*** UPDATE *** although the restaurant posted a reply here. There was never any action taken on their part after I contacted them. Unfortunate.
