I placed an order at the automated teller for hotcakes and sausage and a milk. I was approached by a staff member that was pretty insistent that I have my order delivered to the table. Whatever! A few minutes later, he walks over with my food, apparently never having checked my order for completeness. I call him back to the table, and show him my receipt. He starts to get offended and has yet to recognize that the milk that I ordered and paid for is missing. He walks away to get the milk. I take a few very deep breaths and try to prepare my hotcakes. No butter! I walk back to the counter with the employee and the Manager suggests there is no butter provided with the hotcakes. Now, unfortunately I was not born yesterday, and have more days behind me than ahead of me. This must be the only McDonalds in the WORLD that does not provide butter with their hotcakes. Several of the customers that morning had incomplete or incorrect orders. When profits take precedent over quality customer service, you have already lost the race.

The only downside is that no refill is possible. We waited 10 minutes at the counter for a glass of water after our drink, they ignored us for a long time and then they never brought our glass. Impossible to order a glass of water on the machines.
