They are asking tips in the store. Cassier literally spent 30 seconds, and their terminal was asking for tips. I punched "no" and lady looked so sad... I am okay to tip the server at the restaurant. But that is a bulangerie. There are thousands and thousands folks are buying here... if the management does not want to pay salary for their employees, I think self servise would be the best option. Anyway, I am not going there anymore.

Really everything is delicious. I just tried the Quebecois pizza with real bacon. I also buy strombolis and cold tomato pizza. The desserts are irresistible. And what about the hot bread? I really found a bakery worthy of the name.

I went to buy a slice of cold pizza and when I asked the girl to give me another piece than the dry and really bare slice of pizza she was going to give me she told me no that I had to take the one that was already cut … ouch! I can never go back there, finished!

The prices have exploded... but what made me jump was that I was asked for an extra amount to cut my quarter of pizza into 4 pieces!!! I wanted to consume on site as usual...

The pizzas are a favorite: well stocked, tasty and always fresh. The cakes are also good, however, over the years the prices have increased and the quality of some products has decreased. There was a time when all products were truly amazing, which isn't exactly the case today.

The pizzas were ok....the ladies who worked there didn't seem very happy to serve us...she looked up for forks and the other one her service wasn't very courteous. It doesn't make you want to come back, you feel uncomfortable being there. Damage

Very good but 4 stars because the tiramisu was not at all a real tiramisu

Wonderful, delicious, really perfect all their products. The pistachio/raspberry cream éclair is from another world

We discovered the zoulou bread last November and it has become our favourite white bread. Then earlier this year, we tried out the cranberry chocolate chip bread and absolutely loved it as well! We live in Montreal but these two breads are the reason we've been coming to the south shore more often :)

My husband went there a few weeks ago.,picking up a cake we ordered. The service was excellent by a woman named Maria, she was very nice and very helpful, however the owner was screaming at the employees, in front of everyone ! Made the customers very uncomfortable! What kind of boss does that??? Then he went to the taste testing table, the woman there was Louise he thinks. Was telling my husband that the boss is now wanting everyone to sign in if they need to use the bathroom? The food is great the service too but the atmosphere, boss needs to work on!

Recommended dishes: Pizza Aux Tomates

It's very expensive for pastries that are not fresh. On the other hand, the daily breads are very good. Unfortunately, 2 canolli and 1 paris brest for almost $20. The canolli dough was not fresh and the cream was really too sweet. The Paris Brest dough was dry and the cream had a weird taste and really too sweet.
