We tried the “pistachio” as well as the raisin bread. Good, affordable and fresh products. The place is clean. There is a delicatessen side for savory foods as well as a small delicatessen for small cakes and other packaged items. We will try other things. The service was very good.

So disappointed…..
I often go to Pains & Saveurs but recently I stopped by to buy the chocolate to make the mocha coffees. I was shocked to see that the price had gone from $13 to $20 per liter!!!! But what is this increase!!!! It costs me less to go every day to buy a Moka than to make it at home. I am aware that prices are increasing, but to increase by $7 for 1 liter of milk chocolate is completely ridiculous. Even the Barista (who was very nice) was happy with this increase! To be honest, I'm very disappointed and it makes me think about whether I'm going to go back or not! Martine

First of all I must say that the quality and taste of the food is impeccable. But last week after stopping by, as I do every week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I told the manager that it made no sense, the size of the cheese croissants was incredibly small. They flat out told me that they were all very normal in size... even today I'm picking up 5 and I'll let you judge for yourself. For $4.40/each I'm starting to wonder if I'll go back because I think it's not worth the price.

Worst service and the cakes have no taste. Not worth it. The place was not even crowded and the staff could barely provide the minimum service.
I have been going to this bakery regularly for about 3 weeks. Especially for their iced coffee and Spanish espanadas. Honestly after trying iced coffee from several cafe/bakeries around the breads and flavors bakery. I just go to this bakery. The quality of the pastries is really better. The service is great! So I would like iced coffee to be available all year round rather than just for the summer season. This coffee really is a winner! To the wise ?. I recommend and would come back :)

I wanted to share my incredible experience in this bakery! The croissants are always hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. It's a real pleasure to know that they are prepared with care every day. Plus, the staff are exceptional – always smiling and very helpful, they make every visit even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the place is also remarkable which adds to the overall experience. Last week, when I went, it was awesome! I was lucky to arrive early in the morning, I was told they got deliveries, they had fresh pastries of everything, I tried for the first time the pastry called "Paris breast" and It.Was.Delicous! I wish they would make a cake out of it, but otherwise cool staff and nice atmosphere for a bakery, I had wifi and I was able do my work while sipping some tea. Great vibes! (If you can lay your hands on a Paris Breast, I envy you, they are the BEST!)
